Terms of Service

The terms for using CamCall — what the service is, the conduct we expect, how coins work, and where the limits are.

What CamCall is

CamCall is a browser-based video call site: one tap pairs you live with a real person for a private two-person call. The service is for adults. By using it you confirm you are of legal age in your region, and that you will follow the community guidelines on every call.

Acceptable use

Be a person worth talking to. No harassment, no hate, no sexual content involving minors in any form, no scams, no recording other callers without their clear agreement, no pretending to be someone you are not. Reports go to human moderation, and moderation decisions — including bans — are final.

Free to start, coins for more

The first matches on CamCall cost nothing, and no account stands in front of them. Longer sessions may use coins: a pay-as-you-go balance you buy in advance, with any cost shown before you spend it. Coins are not refundable once spent, and no subscription renews without your action.

Your content and conduct on calls

What you say and show on a call is yours — and your responsibility. CamCall does not pre-screen live conversations, which is exactly why the skip and report buttons exist. Other callers are real people; treat them that way, and expect the same back.

Service availability

We work to keep CamCall fast and always on, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time, and matching depends on who is online at your moment — that is the nature of a live format, not a defect.

Liability, in plain words

CamCall provides the line, not the conversation. We are not responsible for what other callers say or do, and your use of the service is at your own judgment. Where the law limits how much liability a service can waive, those limits apply. Questions about these terms are welcome through the contact page.
